I'm still plugging away on my Week in the Life project. While I felt like I fell off the pace a bit on Tuesday, yesterday saw many more pictures taken, and late last night, I caught up on all of the journaling entries for both days.
I really do have a feeling of deja vu in all of this, but honestly? That's exactly how I like my daily life to be: full of predictability. I know. How exciting to be me, right?
If you were me, you'd slap your thigh and say, "Damned straight!"
Here are a few more shots that may or may not make it into the final album, which I plan to share more of next week, once I get everything printed out.
The great thing about this project is you can pick any 7 days you like to document so if you didn't do it this week, there is always time.

My day-to-day life is not 100% Groundhog Day-ish, but my week-to-week life is very much so.
I love the pink organizer with the white pens. So cool.

Did you hang from the light fixture to get that messy bedroom photo? I can’t for the life of me figure out how to fully capture the disaster that my daughters’ call a bedroom!

I like the bedroom. I have a similar shot for my week in the life. I was sick Tuesday, so I don’t have pictures, but I thought I could capture the aftermath of me being out of commission for a day.

You have time to make pancakes for breakfast in the morning?!? Cole has time to eat pancakes for breakfast in the morning?!? I am so impressed. My daughter always asks for pancakes, but I just tell her that’s what God made granola bars for.

thank you, thank you, thank you for giving me permission to do ANY 7 days … I put aside my beautiful Project Life stuff from Ms. Higgins (just you wait, oh no, different zone) because I was so far behind – even considered selling it. now maybe i’ll just take it as it comes. and thank the great scrapbooking goddess for signo white pens – the only one i have ever found that truly writes well on dark paper.

Is that a Pilot Choose I see in your pen lineup? I went to a stationery store that had tons of signos, but none in white! You would love Japan, I’m sure of it.

Loving these glimpses into your week, and just have to tell you how good you look! You just might be the motivation I need to start exercising π I lost 15 lbs a couple years ago, made a huge difference! But like you are realizing, and I have now too, it’s just not enough to see what the scale or the clothing size says. It’s about being healthier. So thanks!!
Lisa says
Thanks!
Beth says
Your album looks great. I’m almost convinced to go digi with mine…almost.
On another note, I made those Aisan lettuce wraps tonite. Very yummy!!! I added chopped water chestnuts to the chicken mix. Only 25 calories for 1/2 cup so, probably doesn’t add any points π Thanks for sharing that one.
