I’m bringing accountability back, yeah. Them old excuses don’t know how to act, yeah.
I’m no Justin Timberlake. True, I have some sweet dance moves but today I’m inviting you to consider joining me in January for my 31-day health and fitness motivation class, the Move More, Eat Well Jumpstart.
This class is the exact same class I ran last year. It is designed to kick your butt into gear and help you move towards a healthier, more connected version of you. Not because I give you workout and meal plans (I don’t) and not because it magically will make you thinner (it doesn’t), but because connection to all the ways you do and don’t care for yourself is truly the first step to making changes. You are responsible for you. I am responsible for me.
I will challenge you every day to connect to what your strengths and weaknesses are in this process. I will encourage you to work on developing a plan that is sustainable for you. The first step is getting real with yourself. Believe me, right now, I’m in need a big dose of reality so I am right there with you.
And yes, this class is also about cute printable cards that go into a cute album. I may want to get into better shape, but I also want a well designed scrapbooking experience. I’m not crazy.
Registration just opened and you can save $5 off the price by using the code MOVE5 at checkout. This offer expires on Dec. 3. I know it’s a bit early to start thinking about this for some of you, but I have to be honest with you: this class has kept me thinking about my health and fitness all year round. Does that mean I have succeeded in all of my goals? Nope. But I keep showing up to the process again and again.
For more information, read all about the class here.

Hi Cathy!
Happy to hear about the class, as I’m the one who takes all your classes any time they’re available (you’re the best teacher EVER).
Just curious to know — will this be made in a project life mini album or a SC handbook or maybe some other album style, like you mentioned it could (in MeTAV chat)?
Thanks!
Cathy Zielske says
Yes! I have a PDF album guide showing how it would work in a 6 x 8 album, using two pocket styles. 🙂
Ekaterine says
AAAAAW that is so cool! Those 6x8s sort of feel like they can hold more pages, and I’d love to continue the album throughout the year. Thanks!

Just joined again! Looking forward to it! Thank you 🙂
Cathy Zielske says
Yay Holly! We’ll also still have the private Facebook group, too! I know that was a great resource in Me: The Abridged Version. Hoping to get it more chatty in January!
Janet Kemper says
YAY.. I’ve been waiting for this! This will be great, I need this!

Are you also going to be doing a year long class or just the 31 days?
Cathy Zielske says
This class is 31 days. 🙂 We have a private Facebook group, however, which I’m going to keep it open all year.

In the words of Justin Timberlake (as Jimmy Fallon): “So. Great. So great, my man.” Cathy, this class/motivation/challenge/jumpstart looks fantastic!
Clara says
Oh, I’ve been looking for some type of journaling project to focus on my health!
Trying to decide if this is right for me and wondering are you a personal trainer/dietary aide or the like? I need some serious and structured accountabilty!
Cathy Zielske says
Clara, no. I’m not a personal trainer. I’m not a nutritionist. 🙂 This class is geared around journaling about your strengths, weaknesses, habits, etc. and also around committing to small changes, tracking them, and tracking your emotional health as well. Check out the class description for more information. 🙂 This process is hard, period. At least for me it is. When I am conscious of the ways in which i tend to not make the best choices, it’s easier for me to see and do what is needed.

Hi Cathy!
I took the class sev months ago when you offered it…can I repeat the class or do I need to sign up again? I loved all the beautiful cards–and, being the slacker I am I didn’t fill all of them in. 🙂
Anyway, I’d love to repeat it, and would definitely sign up again if needed!
Cathy Zielske says
Annie, it’s a new classroom, if that makes sense. You should have gotten an email from BCP as an alumni. They’re offering a ridiculous deal to alums. Email admin@bigpictureclasses.com if you can’t find that email! 🙂
