Today is the last day to sign up for Fit, my year-long online workshop designed to keep you inspired and focused on taking better care of you. Tomorrow, the price goes up to $31 and will remain there for the rest of 2016. Registration for Fit will remain open through July 31. I’m a firm believer in the idea that not everyone is on board with making changes at the start of the year. Heck, in 2015 I had just about zero interest in taking care of my health and fitness. I was too focused on red wine and Goldfish. I also felt like shit, had hot flashes all the time and felt like I was about 90 years old every time I got up from all the sitting I was doing.
This year is different.
I’m not going for unrealistic. I’m not going for extreme befores and afters. I’m going for real and needed. What do I need to be healthier? What do I want from this process? That’s my focus for Fit 2016 and it’s what I’m encouraging my students to focus on as well.
And speaking of the students, we have created a really supportive, warm, funny and honest group on Facebook. My job is to keep this group engaged all year long. It feels very welcoming and nurturing. If an active online community is something you value, that alone could be worth it. (Note: at this time, Facebook is the only means for the community.)
There’s even more stuff in the class now than when it launched two weeks ago. Why? Students come up with really great ideas to add. Now we have things like a printable meal planner, calendars and habit trackers with a Monday start date (as opposed to Sunday) and a set of stamps* designed to work with our class calendars. *presently sold out, but new shipment expected on January 31.
You do not need Photoshop or any digital savvy to participate in this class. All of the class cards come in PDF format and can be printed on any computer with Adobe Acrobat, a free program.
But save today! Tomorrow, it’s up to $31!
I’d love to have you join me!
I’ll be posting here every month to report on how this Fit approach is working for me and it won’t just be about a before and after photo or any specific numbers.
It’s time for me to get real and do what is needed for better health and fitness!
