This project is moving nicely along. I cannot stress how having a predefined framework helps me to just focus on the content entries and not on making design decisions. Here are more pages from the album.
I cannot believe how much Cole is photographically showing up in this album. The other day he said to me, “I like running errands, Mom. I like car rides,” which is an inside joke about his sister, who has always loved to go for car rides, regardless of where the driver is headed. He’s moving in on her territory.
So grateful for old friends. Me and my friend, Amy, went to see a screening of Embrace, the documentary. It was good. A positive message for women, definitely.
If you’re having a stressful or otherwise shitty day, remembering that you even had the privilege of waking up that day can sometimes be the very thing to start to turn your day around. I try to be mindful of this more often than not. Getting days here on Earth is pretty amazing.
Because sometimes it’s nice to pay someone else for your lunch.
Yes. Thank you, Snapchat.
This may seem obvious but I am grateful for Dan. This life wouldn’t be this life without him. And yes, we do work at our relationship to this day. No other work I’d rather do, most days.
