Today I’ve got a few more entries in my simple December Daily album. One thing I did for a few entries was take some of the digital papers from Ali Edwards’ digital kit and shrink them down to make 3 x 4 cards. This gives me a way to use her fun patterns at smaller sizes. Let’s peek at the pages.
Keeping this project simple makes such a difference in my motivation to keep up. I love picking one little story a day and taking this design scheme and applying it to each spread as I go.
I’m using my J-Cards: December Days No. 02 for all of the journal cards. (Note: they also come in 6 x 4.)
I’ll be sharing more in a few days!

I love this!!!! I love your entire album really! Is that ‘Jingle All The Way’ card from Ali Edwards or somewhere else? Because I really love it and want it. Haha.
I love how simple your album is. I am trying the simple approach this year as well…. we’ll see how that goes.
Much love,
Jenn

Oh my gosh – I am so loving how your album is coming together. I just noticed that the strip of digi paper on your cards matches the digi pattern underneath the numbers. SO AWESOME!! Hope you’re enjoying family time and a warm house…

I’m loving how your simple, cohesive design is coming together for this project. I went a slightly more complicated route this year, and while I’m glad to get to the stories down, and use up some great products I have been hoarding, next year I’m going to do something similiar to this. It fits my design style much better. Thanks for the inspo!
