Today I’m opening registration for Fit 2017, my year-long e-course designed to support you in your quest for living a more healthy life, mind and body! What is Fit? Good question. First, watch this:
Fit is designed to help you document and connect to what is needed for you and your life to feel healthier, stronger and to be more aware of what makes you tick. And yes, we use a scrapbook—or new this year, a Traveler’s Notebook format—to journal and record the story of the year. And I’m there every month with a message to support you and share my own experience with this stuff. And if you’ve followed me over the years, I think you know I don’t have all the answers. And yet, I’m still showing up and asking the questions to help me understand what I need.
Here’s what some of my students said about Fit 2016:
We have a really supportive online community (through Facebook) and each month I’m going to encourage you to show up, be vulnerable and also be accepting that you’re not perfect and neither is this process. Get the full course description as well as access to the course Supply List by clicking on the image below:
The promotional price of $26 ends on December 31, 2016. Then it goes up to the full price of $31.
You’ll also find a quick peek inside the Fit 2017 classroom, to give you an idea of how the e-course is set up.
NEW FOR 2017: This year, I’ve added a Traveler’s Notebook monthly insert as an option for tracking your year. Using a standard size format, it’s just another way to document and create around this health and fitness theme.
The inserts are designed to be used in a way that works for you! (Note: inserts come in Standard Size only. Menu planner inserts included in the Traveler’s Notebook files.)
The core content for Fit 2017 is the same as it was for 2016, however, I will be recording new monthly message videos because you can’t really predict how the year will roll before it actually gets here, right? I like my messages to reflect what’s going on right now.
The introductory price of $26 will end on December 31st and you will have access to the Welcome Lesson upon registration. If you are a returning student, you’ll have to log out, claim your course via an email you’ll get from me, and then log back in. I’ve been trying to streamline the process for registration, but my software has a few strange things, and that is one of them.
Questions? Comments? Let me know! I’m happy to answer.
I am putting together a post to talk about what 2016 has been like for my health and fitness. That is coming soon.
