Super Simple with CZ (a new series at Simon Says Stamp!) + New Releases

Today I’m starting a new series with Simon Says Stamp and the goal is simple: make really simple cards. I know what you may be thinking, “But Cathy, aren’t all of your cards kind of simple?”, and the answer to that is more or less, yes, but I want to start featuring a few cards that are less technique driven, or at the very least, show techniques in a very simple way.

I’m also celebrating a bunch of new releases today as well! And here they are!

Hollaween stamps and coordinating dies:

Coolest Yulest stamps and coordinating dies:

Please note: this is not the same stamp set I sold through my old CZ Stamps site. Yes, some of the designs are the same but I had to create new artwork to fit within the Simon production standards, so… if you own the original CZ stamp set, the die set will not work with those.

And finally, the die set featured in today’s video: Hos.

You can never not find a use for a big ho and a little ho, am I right ladies? Here is the video. Enjoy!

Hope you enjoyed my simple holiday card! Below are all the supplies I used.

Cathy, your card is amazingly beautiful. Simple is good (if not, better!) Your new sets are amazing and BTW, I don’t believe you are “that” new to stamping! LOL You’re awesome at it!

Thanks so much, Teresa! I mean, technically, until next April when I hit my 1 year anniversary of making cards, I’ll still be new. lol! πŸ™‚ So much fun, I am having!

You make card making fun! I love that you make mistakes and keep them in the video and/or tell how you fix them.

    Keep your videos coming, girl!!!

Hi Cathy, I’m just wondering if you’ve mailed any of these beautiful dimensional cards you’ve made, are they too thick or too heavy for just one stamp?

Love your designs, creations and how real you are! Ginormous new fan of yours. I enjoy you immensely (but not in a creeper way).

When I first saw you introduced a “HO” stamp, I started listing some of my gal friends who’d appreciate that sentiment. But then, oops, I saw the stamp was Christmas themed. Oh boy, wrong definition of your stamp set… I said, oops.

Awesome! I just bought that die set from your link to Amazon. πŸ™‚ I got a concussion a couple of weeks ago and I can’t believe how much my life has been turned upside down. Thinking is just not something I can freely do at the moment. It is so frustrating. Working only 4 hr/day for the last two weeks, 6 hrs next week… The week after that is my girls’ weekend retreat at Pens & Needles in Detroit Lakes, MN. This card is nice and simple – my kind of card. Woo-hoo!! πŸ™‚
