You know how you see a product and you think, “Um, mama gonna rock that one!”?
Well today I’m sharing a card with that product, which is part of the brand spankin’ new Simon Says Stamp Good Vibes release, and it’s aptly named, “Good Vibes.”
The set comes with both the word die and the shadow die (love those types of sets), and at first, I thought I would do some rainbow ink blending, but then remembered: Oh yeah, ink blending stresses me out just a little. So I went with some awesome patterned paper from Lawn Fawn and kept my ink blending for a simple cloud background with a single ink.
Check out my video today showing how I created this simple, groovy card.
The Clouds for Days is presently on reserve over at Simon (it will be back in stock on July 5), but any cloud stencil or edge will do to create this background. And yes, I’m pretty proud of my light hand on it. That’s a first for me.

love a rainbow. one could possibly make rainbow paper with that strips onto a background thing, but I’m sure a single layer is waaaay easier. (I have that paper in the big size, not been able to cut it yet). I like the background colour and the clouds turned out really well.
um, two fingers in that direction is a rude gesture where I’m from, the peace sign is the other way round, but I knew what you meant.
and to add to the controversial statements The King’s Singers cover of Good Vibrations is better than the original.

Great job on the blending- that is hard to master! I love the 70’s look of the collection. Lawn Fawn materials are so cheerful!

Love the rainbow against the cloud background.Great way to use patterned paper! I too struggle with blending. It takes me a few trys each time to get it right.

Looks like you are mastering the sequin adherence and cardmaking in general. Yay for inked clouds, too!
