The new Good Vibes release at Simon Says Stamp is going strong and today I have two cards to share today featuring a brand new alpha die set from me (on reserve until July 15), a cool, geometric background stamp and a fun stencil.
One card uses the negative space and the other, the positive. A bit of crafty yin and yang, if you will.
And yes, I am LOVING this new Everett Solid Letters alpha die set. Whether it’s for sleek, minimal card sentiments or gorgeous scrapbook page titles, this set of letters (all just under 1-1/4 inches tall!) would be a perfect addition to your alpha die collection. You can also get a set of matching Everett Solid Numbers, too! (Numbers are sold separately!) Again, both dies are on reserve until July 15!
Check out my video showing how I created these cards!
Thanks so much for watching today and be sure to check out the entire release!

I love the alphabet die set and what you did w/ that circle stamp!!! At first I was like “how the heck did she do that background?”. AAAAAhhhhhh!!!!! Masking! What a wonderful thing! Regarding the circle dies…is that Hero Arts Infinity Die set?
Shelley says
I was also wondering….what are the pockets/magent sheets that you use for your dies? What are those nice little click top boxes you put the gems and sequins in? Thanks a bunch!
Cathy Zielske says
Shelly! Yes, that is the Hero Arts infinity die set.
I forgot to link the bead tray in the supplies, so here it is: https://ldli.co/e/57ekdq
I just filled my first one up, which is CRAZY! When I started making cards over a year ago, I bought one, thinking, “Yeah, this will never fill up.” Famous last words.

Great cards Cathy. You have got to love it when you can so easily get two cards out of one technique/panel. They are both fantastic and I love your alpha set.

You are on a roll Cathy! Another winner. and will you stop claiming to be bad at blending, cos that looks fantastic. I love the circle concept, quick and easy it wasn’t but an amazing result, very planetary.
and a twofer.
“Poppin It Up”, a joint range by you and Laura Bassen, the world of cardmaking needs this.
Cathy Zielske says
Oh yes, totally got that from Laura. And you only see the good blends… trust me… i’m getting better, but it’s not what I am capable of. Or… lol, it might be!
