December Daily® 2018 Page Shares, Part 2

Cathy ZielskeScrapbooking7 Comments

I’m continuing to share my December Daily album for 2018. I do about three days at a time, based on filling up a page with my journal blocks. As soon as I have three to print, then I build the pages.

This 3 x 8 album format is really cool. I get that it might be limiting for some, but for me, limits on a project like this actually help me to complete it!

Much like my daily wardrobe, I hate overthinking this project. So I don’t. Ali’s products are terrific, and I just add in a few things here and there to complete my spreads.

For the page on the right, I just cut apart the program and the stage shot was not taken by me, rather, it was taken by my friend, the choreographer, during one of their dress rehearsals. I asked for a shot and she supplied it.

For the 3 x 8 page on the left, I cut one of the 6 x 8 papers from the Main Kit in half and then added a few of the kit embellishments for my Day 8 spread.

I am definitely feeling the December Daily groove! To see my first pages, click here.

I Love, love, love the way your album looks. I have always been a fan of your clean design, but this 3 x 8 format is way cool. I’m not doing December Daily this year but I could see using this for so many other projects. I hope Ali comes out with with more of this size binder in other designs (travel would be sensational).

Thanks, Debra! I think Studio Calico and Ali E do sell that size of album, not just for DD. 🙂 I could be wrong, but I think they might!

Love this–simple and sweet and full of happy, day-to-day memories. A good reminder that DD stories can be found anywhere
