Today I’m sharing a card that is two things: 1) cheeky and pun-ny, and 2) Easier that you may initially think! I am not the world’s most gifted watercoloring gal, but I definitely know how to make the most of a single color and white space!
Yes, it helps that sheep are traditionally on the white size, but just using a few colors to accent this darling little herd is an easy way to paint and it’s also fun with the new Water Media Mat from Waffle Flower, which you’ll see in my video. Here is a look at what it’s all about:
This new crafty tool is pretty slick for all manner of painting and other mixed media type of projects! It’s currently available for pre-order right now! Click here to learn more about that. They are expected in stock on April 22, 2019!
I’m also using what is fast becoming my favorite simple die set, the A2 Layers Dies. This set is designed to create perfect layers all the way from the standard US A2 card size (4.25 x 5.5) to the smallest little mat you can cut. One of the reason I love using dies like this is you can frame out whatever you are cutting perfectly. No trimmer crapshoots needed!
Here is my video, which is part of a Waffle Flower Video Hop today, showing you how I created this card project:
VIDEO HOP DETAILS: Thanks so much for watching today and be sure to check out more about the Waffle Flower video hop here. Waffle Flower is giving away three $25 gift certificates to their shop, and the winners will be chosen randomly from comments left on the YouTube videos in the hop. This giveaway is open internationally, too! Be sure to leave comments on the YouTube videos to have a chance to win. You can leave me a comment if you so choose here on the blog, but… the YouTube hop videos are where the winners will be chosen!
