My July has been documented as my year-long album project continues! Here are the monthly figures:

PHOTOS TAKEN: 168 (after culling from a larger number)

PHOTOS USED: 26

Let’s jump in, shall we?

The first page of the month features all four Zielske’s. (Yes, you have to look closely to find Dan, but I assure you, he’s there!) This is actually not the official page that is going into my printed book. There was a shot that included Cole and he asked me not to post it publicly. Because I honor his wishes with public photo sharing, I popped in a photo of flowers instead.

Normally I include a small journal block on page two but honestly? I had nothing to say. Sometimes that’s going to happen and that’s okay! It’s still a collection of images from the month and that is enough for me!

I feel like this might actually be a record number of Cole photos for a given month, but it makes sense… it’s his birthday month. And yes, he is not longer a teen. Hold me.

The final page includes some awesome pics of Dan and a journaling recap. Done and done.

SAVE ON THE E-COURSE: I love how SIMPLE this approach is to creating a year-long album. When it gets to complicated, from my experience, it tends to not be completed! And because I love this approach, I’m going to put the class on sale again for 30% off through August 11, 2019! Click on the image below to register and save!

Isn’t it nice you and Dan are still able to enjoy life with your kids? I loved the college and post-college times. Our kids moved home over the summers and after college until they married. What a blessing to have our children transition into a time of being not only our kids, but also our friends.

One area I feel you are very good at is finding the right photos to represent your month. I have a difficult time culling my images. Thank you for more inspiring pages! Happy August. 🙂
