Simplify holiday cards with limited color palettes

It’s new release day at Simon Says Stamp and today I’m sharing a card project (and a matching tag!) I created using my brand new Clean Line Christmas stamp set!

I decided to start out with a very limited color palette, which really helps me to feel less intimated by coloring in general.

Honestly? One ink for a  background and handful of markers is all you need to create an elegant holiday card!

Here is the video showing you how I created this project:

The stamps I’m using today are part of the brand new Cheer and Joy release from Simon Says Stamp!

Here are all of the new releases from my collection: (click on images to see in the shop!)

You can also purchase it as a combo set!

I created  a couple of 6 x 6 background cling stamps for this release:

And here is a row of little deer in a die cut. The deer will span with width of an A2 card base (5.5 inches wide):

Thanks so much for stopping by and be sure to check out the entire Cheer and Joy release by clicking on the image below.

I thought I was done preparing for Christmas tags this year with your Stamptember release and then you also did this. I don’t know if I should thank you or not (but I placed another order).

Love your clean and simple card and also the products that you designed for this reveal. I liked the easy coloring as I’m certainly not an expert at that.

I love this! Thanks so much for your brilliant tips in your video. So true about limiting supplies and making things more “simple” (although it still takes me forever). Thanks for sharing!!
