Hey Bestie Blog Hop (Simon Says Stamp!)

January 10, 2020

Hey Bestie Blog Hop (Simon Says Stamp!)

It’s blog hop day for the brand new Hey Bestie release from Simon Says Stamp! Today I have fun floral-y stencil card project featuring a word and shadow die and a cool, pre-printed sentiment strip!

I used the Peony Bouquet Stencil and a few dye inks to create this simple background, and then topped it with my Miss You word/shadow die combo and one of my Reverse Sentiment Strips.

If you struggle with heat embossing small sentiments on black card stock, these sentiments strips are really fun to work with. Here is a video showing you how I created this card project:

Now onto the blog hop details! First up, the blog hop special promotion:

GIVEAWAY: Simon Says Stamp is giving away a $25 gift certificate at every stop along the hop. Simply leave a comment here on my blog, and continue on in the hop, leaving comments along the way to increase your chances of winning. Winners will be announced on January 15, 2020, on the Simon Says Stamp blog.

I love the stenciled flowers! When I first looked at the photos I thought it was some sort of cool stamping effect. 🙂

Side note: LinkDeli doesn’t take me to any of the websites. I’m just taken to a blank LinkDeli page with a tab at the top that says “LinkDeli| View”. I’m using Chrome on a Windows 10 PC.
