Today I’m sharing a sweet and very easy little mini album project designed to help celebrate momentous occasions. It’s called Guest Book.
The idea is very simple: create blank cards, have folks fill them out, add some patterned paper or other embellishments, pop them into an album with 6 x 4 pockets and give them as a gift to the guest or guests of honor.

Even during this current era where we aren’t gathering in the same way, you, as the crafty one, could help create a gift album with this set by soliciting messages from friends and family, either by sending the cards out to be hand written and returned, or if you’re more tech savvy, by asking for message via email (with a 70 word count or less!) to add to the Photoshop files included in the album package.
This will make more sense in the video tutorial. Also, I’m sharing my best Photoshop tip for creating elements that match your chosen patterned papers perfectly! Enjoy!
Thanks so much for stopping by today!

This is a very cool idea–I may have to consider it for our son’s wedding, it was to be in November, but alas is currently on ‘hold mode” until they figure out the next option. If they end up going virtual event, this would be cool to do for them.

Such a great idea, Cathy, and great instructions, but you lost me on the Photoshop part, I couldn’t write it down to make sense. Any chance you could offer a pdf of instructions or maybe make a class on it? I had no idea Photoshop could do those things. Thanks, and stay groovy, Baby! P.S. I wish we lived closer, I think we could be great friends and just crack each other up! Lol
