Today I’ve got a new installment of New Stamps, Now What? featuring some seriously adorable new stamps from Gina K. Designs and her brand new Peace, Love and Sushi card kit. This is a longer process video and I will take you mostly step-by-step through (it’s slightly edited for time) as I talk through picking a design and creating the project.

This video is all about starting with a set of brand new stamps (and dies!) and figuring out what the heck to do along the way!

I do start with a sketch for this one but the truth is, I had no idea if cuteness would ensue. I also forgot a MAJOR hit of said cuteness that I didn’t realize until after I had filmed the video. So I went back in and filmed some more! It’ll probably be SUPER obvious to anyone watching. But for some reason, I overlooked it.
Here is my video showing you the project:
Thanks so much for stopping by today! Below are all the supplies! Gina’s kit is now on sale. Usually, after her kits sell out, she will reorder the stamps as individual sets to sell in her shop. But the whole kit is really quite amazing!

Lovely card. Enjoyed watching the process, always fun. Thanks for the tip using the sand eraser on a die cut with a rough edge, brilliant! Your joy showed when you finished the card, so fun.

This is so adorable! And you crack me up. I laughed out loud at your cheese curd comment! Your whispering while coloring reminded me of watching golf – “Cathy is picking up the R20 and using the bullet nib, or wait, no I think she’s going to flick with the brush tip. Yes – we’ve definitely got flicking….” Watching you make cards always makes me smile. Thank you!

I think your idea of swatching out your Copic colors is brilliant! If you could share pictures of them so that we can see the colors or list the colors on each tag I would really appreciate it and I’m sure many others would make swatches also. Such a cute card!
