Today I’m pleased to have another guest designer share her work on my blog! Meet Tracey Holdyk. Tracey has SUCH a great hybrid style. These layouts she’s sharing today are amazing!
Get to know Tracey!

How long have you been scrapbooking, give or take? I have been scrapbooking for approx. 20 years now but I still love it as much today as I did when I first started.

What is your preferred page size? That depends on what I’m doing really, I keep changing it up. Right now my fav size is 7 x 8.25 and I’m obsessed with it.

What are your top three ride or die scrapbooking supplies, the things you cannot create without? My computer, my printer and photo paper. I’m a hybrid scrapbooker so just about everything I do starts out in Photoshop.

What is something people would be surprised to learn about you? I hate getting my hands dirty. Seriously, when I cook I must wash my hands about 1000 times. Oh, and I completely hate cockroaches.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to get into scrapbooking but has not yet started? Definitely without a doubt have fun and remember there is no right or wrong way to do it. There is heaps of inspiration out there which is so good but don’t think you have to be like them or use techniques like them. Have fun with styles and techniques but only repeat those that you love and enjoy. Oh, and you will never be caught up

I asked Tracey to share a recent favorite photo and to tell me why she loves it: This photo is from a recent trip in our caravan up to Monkey Mia. My kids are older now, my last one finished school today actually so life for my husband and I life is starting to take on a different direction. We are not quite empty nesters but we are getting close and with that comes a different lifestyle and one that we are embracing whole heartedly. We love going away in our caravan, exploring our state and getting out in nature.

Love it! I don’t like to get dirty either. When I cook, I have a box of rubber gloves that I use. It makes cooking so much better
“Life right now” is my favorite page of yours. I absolutely love it!
