Today’s post is all to celebrate Waffle Flower Crafts’ 7th year in business. I’m all about supporting the success of small crafty businesses and I will share with you my favorite seven products from this wonderful company! Let’s jump right in with the first two products which have changes my crafty card making life.
ONE: A2 Layers Dies. This set of nesting dies is designed to cut perfect layers for any A2 card base. I use this set on 99% of the cards I create because of how easy it is to cut perfectly sized card panels.
It is truly my most used die set since I started making cards back in 2017. And to that end, my number two item should come as no surprise.
Here is a recent video sharing just one example of creating a background and cutting the perfect panel:
TWO: Additional A2 Layers Dies. As if the original set could get any better, this set fills in all the spaces between the original set, giving you every possible panel size for an A2 card. Brilliant!
THREE: Color Combos Tag Die + Color Combos Die. This tall tag set, combined with the awesome Color Combos Die set which lets you die cut all kinds of swatching sizes, is fantastic for all your swatching needs!
Here is one video I did sharing some of this swatching process:
FOUR: Combos Swatch Tag Die. This smaller tag die can also work in conjunction with the Color Combos set, but I used it with the Color Combos for Ink Pads stamps, which let you stamp out all sorts of color swatches. I’m going to lump that stamp set into my Number Four because they really are designed to work together.
FIVE: Wide Alpha Dies. This die set is beyond cool! So many fun possibilities for cards and scrapbook page titles.
Here is a video showing you how I created this card:
SIX: Angled Stripe Panel Die. This die is not only cool but it’s designed to work with some of Waffle Flowers patterned papers, such as the Christmas Stripes Paper Pad (seen above) and JJs Rainbows Paper Pad, making for quick cards with fantastic color in the easiest way possible.
Here is a video showing you how I created the card above:
SEVEN: Water Media Mats. I am including both the full size and the mini, as I think these mats are the coolest little crafty tools! If your looking for a surface to smoosh, ink, paint—you name it—these contain your materials and protect the surfaces below.
Here’s a video showing how I made the card above:
