It’s been a while since I busted out the paintbrush to create a simple rainbow background. This is such an easy way to create a happy panel for any card project!
From the first time I saw my darling friend Laura Bassen make this card back in 2017 when I started making card, I was hooked! (And if you don’t subscribe to her channel, you are missing out!)
While my card is for my mama, you could top a panel like this with any greeting under the sun! I do love that floating vellum heart, though. It’s just the right amount of extra!
