The next STAMPtember release is from Whimsy Stamps.

I absolutely LOVE how this card turned out! I created my image by stamping the heart, but putting a bit of tape over the little ‘love’ word, to not get ink on it (and removing the tape, before stamping!) Then, I masked off the heart with masking paper, and stamped the pup to look like he’s behind and holding the heart. Then I colored my little cutie very simply, stamped and embossed my greeting of choice, and fussy cut him out.

To create my background, I used the new Gina K. Designs Masking Magic Strips. I used the 1/2 inch strips and just lined them up on my Altenew self-healing grid mat, the one I film all my videos on, and then blending on two Distress Inks.
I almost wish I had filmed this to share, but sometimes it’s really nice to just create without filming!
Thanks so much for stopping by!

My alarm’s been going off at 10:55pm to see what drops at 11pm! I’m a sucker for any kind of pet stamps!
Again, I am so drawn to your beautiful clean and simple cards. I stink at ink blending, so I love watching how you do that, and I remind myself to start out with a light hand!
Great card!
