Let’s unbox the June 2023 card kit from Simon Says Stamp and make six cards!

The new card card from Simon Says Stamp is called Etched Greetings and today I’m unboxing it, and sharing the creation of the following cards. First, the one above, and below:

This kit is backed with ephemera and a whole old world, vintage vibe. Here is the video of the unboxing and the makes. I have time stamps in the YouTube description if you want to reference any particular card in this video. (The card above? Card No. 1).

There is SO much of this gorgeous patterned paper from the Crafter’s Companion Delightful Daisies paper pad, you could make several cards like this one.

The Idea-ology Organic Layers pack in this kit just offers up SO many ways to create cards!

Plus, if you’ve never foiled the Simon Says Stamp Sentiment Strips, with the contents of this kit and a laminator, you can give it a try!

For the next card, I wanted a simple, monochromatic look.

I love doing the tone-on-tone ink blending to add a little dimension in a very simple way!

For this card, more ephemera from the pack!

There are so many pieces in this pack alone… many cards could be created with them. I did add my own black notecard to create this one.

For the final card, I did a little mirror image stamping using the stamps from the kit.

A simple flip of the Misti gives you this great reflected image, and a greeting right in the center was a great way to finish off the card.

I also spattered on a tiny bit of gold metallic paint to add a bit more interest.

Whew! Now that was a fun kit!
