I designed a fun, customizable stamp set for the latest Simon Says Stamp release called Noted Heart.
The idea is to create a customized heart for your recipient!
For my project today, I kept it very monochromatic and then added a dry embossed heart panel for good measure!

This stamp set has the same size of greetings from my first Noted set called simply: Noted.
I also have a simple tag stamp and tag die, too!
