Shake up your style (a blog hop for the Altenew February release)

Welcome to the February 2026 blog hop featuring the new release from Altenew! For my card today, I wanted to choose some products that are a bit out of my typical style. I find that sometimes trying something a bit outside of your wheelhouse can inspire more creativity.

I am using the Traces of Yesterday Embossing Folder as the base for this design. It felt a bit vintage-inspired, and I’ll talk about how it came together in my video:

    I adore this card. Have to order the supplies now. My husband hates that I watch card making and shop while he tries to Win $$$ watching the Super Bowl…he yells at.the TV….I however, am smiling as I watch. ❤️

    The hourglass is perfect on that embossing folder. Love how you managed to get the sentiment on using just part of a stamp along with the die cut Timeless sentiment. So many fun things in this release.

    I love this! Normally when I see something with any type of timepiece it is for a male card this is beautiful in pink!
